Shipping Policy & Delivery Responsibility

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it leaves our facility safely and securely. Once your package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier (USPS), ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.

We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, damaged, misdelivered, or affected by shipping delays after they have been accepted by USPS. Shipping times provided by USPS are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Every package we ship includes USPS shipping insurance. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, you may file a claim directly with USPS using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Claims can be submitted through the USPS website.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
